Shopping Bag
When you shop on evanity.com and add an item to your basket, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List.

Options in the Shopping bag:

  • Review your order. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
  • Update order quantity. If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your bag, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update".
  • Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. Click "Remove" next to the item you want removed or change the order quantity to zero and click "Update".
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping while viewing your Shopping Bag, click "Continue Shopping". Items in your Shopping Basket will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List. At any time, you may return to your Shopping Bag by clicking "Shopping Bag" at the top of any page.
  • Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Checkout Now". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. Find out more about our Secure Shopping Guarantee.
  • Move an Item to Your Wish List. If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on "Move to Wish List." Find out more about your Wish List.

Wishlists
If you find products on evanity.com that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you may add them to your Wish List. Your Wish List saves items even after you leave our site, making them easy to relocate and purchase at any time. Items in your Wish List will remain until they are purchased or removed. You can access your Wish List any time you visit evanity.com by signing in to My Account with your e-mail and password.

Options in the Wish List:

  • Move an item to your Shopping Bag. When you are ready to purchase an item from your Wish List, simply select that item and click "Move to Bag". You will then be able to purchase this item through our secure checkout.
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on evanity.com while viewing your Wish List, click "Return to Shopping".

Redeeming Promotions and Discount Codes
We may feature online promotions and discount codes. Please following these steps for redeeming a promotion or discount code:

On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code in the box next to "Discount Codes". Codes are case sensitive.

  1. Click "Apply".

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.

If you are a returning customer and have an account on the evanity.com website, please visit Returning Customers below.

If you are a new customer and do not have an account on the evanity.com website, follow the New Customers Checkout steps.

Returning Customers:

  1. Sign In. First, sign in using your email address and password. If you forgot your password,find the My Account page for the Forgot Password Link.
    • Your e-mail address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and serves as your evanity.com account identification.
    • Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you order tracking capabilities to track your order. The password ensures that only you can have access to your account information
  2. Select or Add Shipping Address. Next, select or add the shipping address where you would like your order sent.
    • To select an address, click the "Use This Address" button below the address. To add an address, complete the form at the bottom of the page and click "Save Address."
    • If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one addresss, click the "Ship To More Than One Address" button and follow the steps below:
  3. Verify or Add Shipping Address. Please verify that all of the shipping addresses where you would like your order sent appear in your address book. To add an address, complete the form at the bottom of the page and click "Save Address." Once added, the address will be displayed in your address book. Once you have verified your addresses, click "Continue Checkout." If you would rather ship your entire order to one address, click the "Ship to Only One Address" button.
  4. Select Item Destination. On this page, select a shipping address for each item in your order from the drop-down menu beside each item. If you would rather ship your entire order to one address, click the "Ship to Only One Address" button.
  5. Select Shipping Options. Select a shipping method for your item(s) and click "Continue Checkout." If you are shipping items to multiple addresses, you can specify a different shipping method for each address. To do this, simply proceed through the following Shipping Options page(s) and select a shipping method for each address you provided in Step 2.
  6. Select and Enter Payment Options. At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method.
    • If you have a Promotion or Discount Code, enter it in the box under "Promotion/Discount Codes" and click "Apply."
    • Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout".
  7. Complete Your Order. On the Complete Your Order page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges and gift options. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order."
  8. Receipt Page. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. Please note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

New Customers:

  1. Sign In. If you do not wish to create an account at this time, simply proceed by clicking "Continue Checkout." You will have the option to create an account later.

    • Your e-mail address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and serves as your eVanity.com user name.
    • Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password ensures that only you can have access to your account information.
  2. Enter Billing Address.
    Enter your billing address in the fields below and indicate where you would like your order sent. Click "Continue Checkout" when complete.
    • Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.
  3. Select Shipping Options. Select a shipping method for your item(s) and click "Continue Checkout." If you are shipping items to multiple addresses, you can specify a different shipping method for each address. To do this, simply proceed through the following Shipping Options page(s) and select a shipping method for each address you provided in Step 2.
  4. Select and Enter Payment Options. At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method.
    • If you have a Promotion or Discount Code, enter it in the box under "Promotion/Discount Codes" and click "Apply."
    • Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout".
  5. Complete Your Order. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password assures that only you can have access to your account information.

Emails about your order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mail updates about your order status. Keep these emails accessible for your records. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.

  • Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that some or all of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation e-mails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
  • Important notice about your order. This email offers important information about your order, such as: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order, and cancellation of order. If you receive one of these emails, please contact our Customer Service department at info@evanity.com or call 866-247-7920 so the problem can be addressed.

Order Status
You may check the status of your open orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to obtain current information. Please note: Order information may not appear on evanity.com in your order history for up to 1 hour after the order has been submitted.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your order number and e-mail address. Once you have signed in, the Order Tracking page will provide you with detailed information about your current order. After your order has been shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. This number allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the shipping company. Shipping companies may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 hours.
The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your e-mail. You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout, so that you may receive e-mails regarding the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. You may sign in on evanity.com for your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail at info@evanity.com.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by evanity.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by our carrier (UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your order history on our website when it becomes available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse
Sales tax
The amount of tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, items purchased with Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to the states mentioned above.
Tracking your order

When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on evanity.com will be delivered by one of our select carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. If this occurs, your Order History on evanity.com will not offer tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. To learn the difference between tracking information and order status, please read the information provided below.


Delivery of Your Order
Delivery of your items can take up to seven business days, depending on your location and designated shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Changing Your Order
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-866-247-7920 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Please note that if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

International Orders
We currently ship orders within the United States and U.S military APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand our delivery to Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as other countries in the future.
