Availability

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock" if items are ready to ship. For more information, please read the details below.
Please note: expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping within 6 hours of your online purchase completion. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday at 8AM EST that normally leaves the warehouse in 6 hours during normal business hours. This order will normally leave the warehouse by end-of-day Monday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM CST. 5:00PM CST, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Pricing policies

All prices on eVanity.com are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices on eVanity.com are normally consistent with the retail prices within the Vanity Shop stores.
Despite our best efforts, items on our website may be priced incorrectly.  However, we verify prices as part of our shipping process.  In the unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, eVanity.com will contact you via the email address provided during checkout to inform you of the issue. eVanity.com will, at their discretion, honor the price, adjust the incorrect price, or cancel the order.  If e-vanity does not receive a response within 48 hours of notification, your order will be cancelled and the credit card authorization will drop in 3-5 business days. Please note that your order confirmation email does not mean that your order has been shipped, or that the price of an item has been confirmed. 
We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.  At that time, we will send a shipment confirmation email that reports actual tax and total charged to your credit card.

If you receive your order and an item does not fit. Do not remove the tags from the product. Please refer to our Return Policy for details about returning items

We want you to be happy with the fit of your new garments. For the best fit, please follow our hints and measuring tips for "Fashion that Fits", then match your measurements to the Vanity size chart.

Colors & Washes

The colors and washes of our products is displayed as accurately as possible online. Since the actual display of the colors depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

You can see what size or colors are available for a particular item by selecting first the "Size" then the "Color" button from the product detail page. When you click on the button, available sizes or colors will show in the drop-down menu. If the size or color are not shown in the drop-down menu, then the item is sold out. Some items may be available in one size only.

Tips for Fashion that Fits

• Sizes are based on body measurements as shown in the size chart below, not the measurement of the clothes
• Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, usually about a finger width between the body and tape
• If you want a pant that rides lower on your hips, order your pants in a waist size 2-4" larger than your waist measurement. Or measure around your body between your waist and your hips, usually about 4" below your natural waistline
• The high hip is measured about 3 to 4" below the waist.  
• Vanity Denim fits approximately one size larger than Silver Denim
