Credit Card Identification Number

E-Vanity LLC. accepts the following payment options for online orders: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. eVanity.com currently does not accept Vanity or eVanity gift cards at this time. We plan to offer this form of payment in the future.

Credit Card Identification Number
The Credit Card identification number or CVV security code is an important Internet security feature that appears on the back of most Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, and is found on the front of American Express cards. This code is a three or four.digit number (American Express) that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. This identification number helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate. We require a matching validation response from our credit card processor before your order will be shipped.

Locating your identification number
Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16.digit credit card number (or just the last four digits) followed by a special 3.digit code. This 3.digit code is your Card Security Code.

American Express
Look for the 4 digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4 digit code is your Card Security Code. If looking at an American Express Optima Card, look for the 4 digit code printed on the front of your card just above your main credit card number. This 4 digit code is your Card Security Code.
