Returns and Exchanges for items purchased on eVanity.com
Return policy
Thank you for shopping on eVanity.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return your purchase for any reason please review the following guidelines listed below:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Items must be accompanied by the order confirmation receipt which was emailed to you at time of purchase.
- Items must NOT show any signs of wear and must have ALL tags attached.
- Purchases made online may be returned online (via RMA process - see RMA section of Customer Service policy) or returned in stores.
- Price changes will occur online as they do in stores. eVanity.com does not price match for items ordered or items found in Vanity stores.
- Purchases made in stores - must be returned in stores.
- Note:All Gift cards, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, clearance purchases and/or items marked as **NR** are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Returning items to eVanity.com - Return Materials Authorization Process
If you wish to return an item you must have an RMA number. Please request an RMA number by e-mailing
returns@evanity.com with the following:
- Order Number
- Original receipt (either from the order confirmation web page, the packing slip, or email order confirmation)
- The name of item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once we have received your RMA request you will be provided an RMA # and link that will allow you to print a UPS return shipping label. The return shipping label allows you to drop your item off at a vaild UPS pickup location.
- Visit UPS.com to locate your closet available location.
- Packages shipped back by any other method are at the discretion and responsibility of the customer.
- eVanity.com will not be held responsible for items being shipped back to our office.
- If you return an item which is non-returnable, eVanity.com will send the item back and charge you return shipping cost.
eVanity.com will issue a refund for the
original purchase price of each item returned plus any applicable sales tax.
eVanity.com will deduct return shipping charges from the final amount unless the items returned were deemed defective, were wrongfully shipped, or damaged during shipment.
Exchanges
eVanity.com does not process exchanges. In the event you wish to exchange an item you must first return the item then submit a new order for the new product.
Returning items to a Vanity store
When returning your eVanity.com purchase to your local Vanity store:
- Bring your original receipt from your order confirmation email containing the credit card information for your purchase. The store will issue credit to the original source of payment when applicable for the amount of the original online purchase price for each item plus applicable sales tax.
- NOTE: Your order shipping email or packing slip will not work as they do not detail the credit card used to purchase the items online. Without your order confirmation receipt email, the store will not process a return or exchange.
- All tags must be attached to all items returned or exchanged.
- Defective garments (up to 30 days from date of purchase) must be returned to eVanity.com ONLY for a refund using the Returns Material Authorization Process. Defective items cannot be returned to a Vanity store.
- Items returned to a Vanity store must be presented in person. If you do not have all of your items tags and/or your receipt, you will need to return your item to eVanity.com by utilizing the Returns Material Authorization process as noted above.
Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) Promotions and Free Gift Promotions
When purchasing items which are $0.00 BOGO promotion, you may exchange your $0.00 item for an item of equal or lesser value. Items charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. When items are purchased to receive a free gift, if item(s) are returned without the free gift, the cost of the free gift will be charged to the card used at time of purchase.
Note: All Gift cards, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, clearance purchases and/or items marked as **NR** are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
