Methods and Costs
All deliveries are pending address and credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions.

• eVanity.com does not ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT (Monday through Friday) are typically processed for shipment the same day (excluding holidays) pending verification of credit card and shipping information.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT will be processed within 48 hours (Monday through Friday).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT (Monday through Friday) and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day (excluding holidays) pending verification of credit card and shipping information.
• All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address. EVanity.com currently does ship to Post Office boxes.
• Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive an email confirming your order.
• eVanity.com can ship to US military addresses (APO or FPO addresses). Please select UPS Ground as your shipping option. We will update the method of shipping at our facility. We are working to update the checkout process to make this easier for these important people.

UPS Next Day Air (Overnight - Next Business Day)

EVanity.com does not ship UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery.

Gift Card Order Shipping Policy:
When a gift card purchase is combined with any regular item purchase, the gift card(s) will be included in the box with the items ordered. Gift card-only purchases will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail) for $4.95. Other shipping options are available and include UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Air (2nd Day delivery) and UPS Next Day Air (Next Day delivery). Applicable shipping charges will apply. Shipping to a different address:
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.

The eVanity.com fulfillment center and customer care department will be closed on the following days:

Shipping Rules and Regulations
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States unless specifically specified on the website.

The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. Your actual shipping cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout. Your credit card will not be billed for items purchased until the items have shipped. You may be billed immediately upon order confirmation for items purchased if using a debit or bank card. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at info@evanity.com if you have any questions.

Estimated Delivery Dates
A prompt delivery of your order is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination. When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We continue to work to provide the most accurate estimates while providing you with several other resources for tracking your order.

International Deliveries
eVanity.com does not ship internationally at this time. This includes Canada and Mexico. We are continually exploring new opportunities to serve our customers. We are sorry if this has cause any inconveniences to any of our potential customers. Please check back for updates to our shipping policies.
