operations team is currently seeking:
District Manger
As
a District Manager, you will be directing and leading a district of 6-12 Vanity
stores to achieve the stores objectives with regards to sales and profit, team
staffing, training, development and performance management.
Your
responsibilities will include motivating both Store Managers and Sales
Associates to exceed expectations in sales generation, store operations and
merchandising. You will need to understand, maintain and model VanityÕs Core
Values: Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, Passion, Dedication, People, Leadership
and Strive for Excellence.
To
succeed in this position, you must possess strong leadership, time management
and customer service skills, as well as, effectively communicate thru both verbal
and written communications. 2 + years of retail district management experience
is required along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software including Word,
Excel and Outlook. Frequent travel is required.
